The Foundation’s mission covers health education, outreach, preventive care, medication support, and healthcare access. Medication Confidence is currently a proposed program in development.
This website does not promise a fixed number of services per donation or claim that all donations go directly to program delivery. Ask the Foundation about the current budget, intended use of a restricted gift, and available financial records.
Separate from an app purchase
A gift to Chalice Health Foundation is not a Pocket Med List subscription. The Foundation and Pocket Med List LLC are separate entities. No app purchase is needed to use the free resources on this site.
